All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Note: We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during holiday periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our golf equipment and apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unworn
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 15 days of receipt

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Base Layers (worn next to skin)
  • Caps and Headwear
  • Clearance items (marked as final sale)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Complete the returns form (provided by customer service) and include it with your shipment.
  3. Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and documentation.
  4. Ship the package to our returns address (provided with your RMA number).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item
  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item.

  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
  • If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the damaged item.
