All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Note: We ship globally but cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during holiday periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our golf equipment and apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and unworn
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Returned within 15 days of receipt
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Base Layers (worn next to skin)
- Caps and Headwear
- Clearance items (marked as final sale)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Complete the returns form (provided by customer service) and include it with your shipment.
- Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and documentation.
- Ship the package to our returns address (provided with your RMA number).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will email you to confirm receipt of your returned item
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item.
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
- If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the damaged item.
