At Golf Edge Store, we stand behind the quality of our golf equipment and apparel. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with an item for any reason, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receipt.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and unworn
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items including:
  • Base Layers (worn next to skin)
  • Caps and Headwear
  • Clearance items (marked as final sale)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Complete the returns form below and include it with your shipment.
  3. Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and documentation.
  4. Ship the package to our returns address (provided with your RMA number).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement:

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item. If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the damaged item.
